The chances on the panel add up to 99.35%. The panel shows rounded numbers, so the remaining 0.65% is most likely rounding; no other trait appears in the list or in the skip menu.
How the ranking works
There is no hidden stat here: a trait is a flat multiplier, so the ranking follows the number. For income on your plot, the order is Eternal, Transcendent, Monarch, Shogun, Samurai, then Money III (2x), Money II (1.5x) and Money I (1.2x). Samurai beats Money III even for pure income, because 3x is more than 2x and Samurai also helps in towers.
- Plot income: any all-stat trait, then Money III. Damage and Health traits add nothing to income.
- Towers: any all-stat trait, then Damage III and Health III on the units you send in.
- Worth keeping: Samurai or better on any unit you plan to keep. Samurai is 1 in 200 rolls; in his Update 4 video RexonSIM kept a Samurai roll rather than spend more rerolls.
How to roll traits
- Walk to the Traits station in the Hub (press Hub at the top of the screen).
- Click the empty slot and pick the unit. Its current trait shows in the TRAIT box; a unit that never rolled shows None.
- Press Roll. Each roll uses one Trait Reroll (the counter reads owned/1) and replaces the old trait. The panel warns: "Rerolling a trait will replace any current traits!"
- For long sessions, open the gear next to Auto Roll. The Trait Skip Confirmation menu has buttons for Money III, Damage III, Health III, Samurai, Shogun, Monarch, Transcendent and Eternal; when a chosen trait lands, the game asks "Are you sure you want to skip this trait?" with Skip and Keep.
Roll traits on the units you are keeping. A reroll spent on a unit you sell later is wasted, and the income multiplier is applied to the unit's own income, so the same trait is worth far more on a high-rarity unit with a good grade.
Where to get Trait Rerolls
- Codes: all 12 on the codes page give 87 in total.
- Quests shop: 1 Ticket per Trait Reroll. Daily quests pay 5 Tickets each (see the tickets guide).
- Group reward: joining the group and liking the game gives 5 Trait Rerolls, 5 Gems and 2 Lucky Spins.
- Daily rewards: day 3 of the login calendar is 16 Trait Rerolls.
- Towers: the Infinity Tower lists Trait Rerolls at 0.5% from floor 1 and 5% (x5) from floor 150; see towers.
Where these numbers come from
- RexonSIM, I Spent ROBUX For NEW UPD 4 Units (Sep 13): Traits panel with Eternal to Samurai, and the Trait Skip Confirmation menu
- Cocajola, Anime Dice Full Guide (Sep 15): the lower half of the list, Health II to Money I
- Superlex Plays, I FINALLY BOUGHT 2000000x LUCK (Sep 15): Monarch to Health II on a second account
Traits FAQ
What is the best trait in Anime Dice?
Eternal, which multiplies Income, Damage and Health by 27 and has a 0.002% chance per reroll (about 1 in 50,000). It was added in Update 4. Transcendent (15x all stats, 0.006%) was the top trait before that.
How do you get traits in Anime Dice?
Go to the Traits station in the Hub, put a unit in the slot and press Roll. Every roll uses one Trait Reroll and replaces the trait the unit already has. Auto Roll keeps rolling, and the gear button next to it lets you pick which traits the auto roll should stop and ask you about.
Where do I get Trait Rerolls?
Codes (the 12 working codes add up to 87), the Quests shop (1 Ticket each), the group reward for joining the More & More Games group and liking the game (5), day 3 of the daily login rewards (16), and tower drops, which get more generous on higher floors.
Do Damage and Health traits matter?
Only in towers. Units fight tower floors with their Damage and Health, while Income is what they earn on your plot. A Money III unit earns twice as much but fights no better; the all-stat traits from Samurai up boost both.
